We are currently putting the finishing touches to the multi lingual oldfootballshirts.com and perhaps you could help.

We are looking for people who speak/write other languages to help us make the site truely international. If you fancy helping out let me know via PM, there is an online form listing all the words and phrases to complete, it shouldn't take you more than half an hour, and then we'll upload your translations to the site.

It is beta at the moment but will be going live very soon, so far we have German, Greek, Turkish, Russian, Spanish and Hebrew lined up. If you would like to help, let me know what language(s) you could do and we'll set you up.

Cheers in advance to anyone who can help.
Phil

OK, so I just realised that posting this on a Sunday wasn't going to get as many views as a weekday, so I am shamelessly bouncing this thread.

Cheers Spacey, what I need is fluent speaker/writers to help us to translate our website for others to view. Google Transalte, Systrans etc are fine for getting the jist of a website, but we are going down the route of full translation. It's a relatively simple process to do, providing the person helping can read and write in another language (from English).

Any Cash in it?

I can do Tagalog diba...

How much is Tagalog written and read? Filipino is Tagalog correct? If it is a written language, used on websites, then we would most certainly be interested.

How much do you charge for half an hours translation work?

Well, we have now launched possibly the most bizarre selection of languages you could imagine, German, Russian and Hebrew!

German oldfootballshirts.com
Russian oldfootballshirts.com
Hebrew oldfootballshirts.com

Shortly there will be Greek and Turkish, with French, Spanish and Swedish on thier way soon. What we really need is Portuguese and Dutch, any takers? Of course, if you speak any other languages well enough we can do them too!

Thanks Gully, we had a Dutch user of the site contact us to do the Dutch translation, he's completed it now.

Dutch Oldfootballshirts.com

We also now have;

Greek
Turkish
French
Malaysian

Just waiting for Spanish and Swedish to be completed, any day now.

What we are really after is Portuguese, any Portuguese Seagulls out there?

Of course, if you can speak/write any languages we don't currently have, and you can spare an hour or so, we'd love to hear from you.

We just added

Swedish

and with any luck Spanish should be completed by the weekend. Still after Portuguese if anyone can help, and of course any other languages you might speak ;-)

NB, we don't think the "Language of Love" counts, but we might consider Scouse, Geordie or Scottish!
