With the window for permanent signings closing in a matter of 2 weeks can we be looking to add any more players?

With the lack of quality in depth demonstrated to all on sat will we sign an elusive creative midfielder?

I hope we do something as we have gone from looking exciting for 2 games to predictable and easy to handle as soon as we lose a player or two.

I think we need to bring in 3 or 4 attack minded players with quality. It will give us more options to score goals when Forster/Murray/Cox/Mcleod are unavailable or off form.

We have so many defensive options, but not much in attacking options once said 4 are not about. So we need the strength in depth at the back for the offensive half of the team

We should really be exploiting the loan market to bring in a bit of much needed quality, I don't think you can fault the work rate or the team ethic of the players but we need quality and in all honesty wouldn't be able to bring in the type of player we're looking for permanently.

I am sure that one or two top Championship sides are currently a bit top heavy in terms of squad size, for example QPR and perhaps we should be enquiring about those on the periphery of these squads.

Who of those fit our needs and more importantly would fit our budget simple answer NONE.

His name passes me by at the moment but the striker who played for Coventry and is now at Blackpool I think, would fit both bills. Was it Andy Morrell?

Midfield - for once - isn't too bad. We just need a striker.
It shows, unless he was injured, how far away Dixon is from Micky's plans if he could not even get on to the bench on Saturday
