Can't get on the link. What does it say?

Real Madrid have completed the signing of CMS from bitter rivals Barcelona for £23 million.

Following a move to the Spanish champions for a world record transfer fee of £83 million on deadline day last January, Jose Mourinho has swooped to sign CMS with just hours left in this window. (See all Sky Bet's transfer specials)

After weeks of speculation, Real held off a late bid from Premier League champions Manchester City, thought to be in the region of £25 million to add to their squad ahead of a testing time of the season in which they face Barcelona and Manchester United twice each in a month.

Sky Bet suspended betting on the move following a flurry of bets late on Wednesday night and Real boss Mourinho revealed that he jumped at the chance to acquire another potential superstar.

He told skysports.com: "When you spot an opportunity to sign a player with such tremendous potential you have to act fast and make it clear that your club is the best place for them to be.

"It has been a tricky 12 months for CMS who has had to carry around the tag of being the most expensive player in the world at such a young age, but I reckon we are yet to see the best of this youngster."

Xavi Alonso has already welcomed h

I didn't realise what it was at first and when prompted to give my name to enter I wrote Jammy Dodger, when the page loaded it said "Jammy Dodger signs for Real Madrid" :)

Five-month contract for Beckham? Is it just me that thought it would be longer, given the fuss that has been made, on SSN at least.

Excellent result for Team Beckham. Plenty of publicity over " Donation" of salary, Posh in prime position for the Spring Collections in Paris. PSG get bums on seats and an increase in shirt sales and an uplift in image worldwide. PSG fans will get first close first look at any new hairstyle/stubble develpoments and may see the odd floated free kick as a bonus.

6 months time the whole circus will move on to the next sucker.. er, the opportunity to be part of the development of football in ________ ( fill in country as applicable )

Very happy we signed the cyclone 2 weeks ago.

Imagine what it would be like on here if Gus was still seeking a striker with the clock ticking down :lolol:

Would like us to bring a defender in and perhaps one other...

Maybe if Bridcutt goes, a replacement. Maybe a last ditch offer for VvD. Every transfer window I want Zamora back, of course :lolol:
