Arsenal play on the Sunday before so I doubtClub have been quiet on this. Arsenal mate of mine reckons they're in discussion to move to the Tuesday?
Already got my train tickets
I doubt it would happen, but I suspect the majority of Arsenal fans will also be affected and bearing in mind they may play a second 11 anyway just before the World Cup break, so I wouldn’t totally discount it just yet.Arsenal play on the Sunday before so I doubt
Tubes are running, no LUL strike that dayWould be good to know if any tubes are definitely going to run and from where. So at least a park up somewhere and get the tube is an option or not… Hoping they will let us know in due course - or move the game…!
A lot of the articles I’ve read had said tubes will be affected too etc? Would be good to know for definite / maybe double check on the Monday when there’s strikes due but I’m sure you know more than me!Tubes are running, no LUL strike that day

Apologies looks like TFL on strike as well on the 9th
Saturday 5, Monday 7 and Wednesday 9 November
Strikes on national rail will affect London Overground and some Tube and Elizabeth line services.
Really unclear, looks like only LU overground plus Elizabeth line but the "some tube" reference is really vague. Need to look closer to the date I guess. This TFL link says:
Coach? My ticket arrived today but it looks like I won't be able to go. I'm a non-driver so there's no option to park somewhere and use public transport. What a bummer!
Agree. Was looking to drive to Wimbledon area and get a tube.Really unclear, looks like only LU overground plus Elizabeth line but the "some tube" reference is really vague. Need to look closer to the date I guess.
That's my plan, I'm only a few miles from Wimbledon so very easy for me though - may even cycle there. Not sure what parking will be like in Wimbledon and the traffic during train stikes has been appalling previously but certainly worth a try.Agree. Was looking to drive to Wimbledon area and get a tube.
This means that there are some underground stations that are owned by National Rail that will be effected. For example, in the most recent strike like this one, the Elizabeth Line was running in the middle section. but Farringdon station only had one exit (Barbican/Smithfield) as the main station was closed due to the strike.Really unclear, looks like only LU overground plus Elizabeth line but the "some tube" reference is really vague. Need to look closer to the date I guess.
I checked out Seagull Travel and they had no spaces left - they were hoping to source other coaches, so we'll seeCoach?
Haha - Barber's Chailey bot - bless dear old Paul for thinking that one would go un-noticed!It's an absolute shit show and really highlights how poor it is that you have to take out insurance against this sort of thing (not a criticism of Brighton before I set the Chailey bot off).
