Do you take your small backpack into the stadium?
The few times I've cycled to games, my bag with lock in etc was a bit bigger than A4. I didn't want to have to try and 'negotiate' with the stewards on entering the ground, so I put the cable I used through one of the handles and secured it to my bike. Not that it was really secure and someone could easily have cut it free - but then why would they do that. That also meant I had to leave my lights in the bag which isn't ideal.
How easy is it to take bike pump and lights (the stuff that could get nicked) into the ground in a small bag. Don't really want to pay 7.50 to leave at the bag drop
Thanks - that's good to know. Just get used to hearing about so much bike theft in Brighton you get a bit paranoid !Experienced Amex cyclists leave a load of stuff on their bikes eg helmets and say nothing is ever stolen. I asked.
