Most financial types will like to try to persuade you they're doing a highly skilled job, however in reality they have no more control over future values of stocks or shares than anyone else, unless of course they are indulging in 'Insider' trading.

The major problem with 'Big Bang' and computerised trading is that now trades can be enacted so quickly that no-one with any common sense has an opportunity to assess the risk involved, or stop the transaction from taking place, leading to a runaway effect that cannot be stopped - in many instances the decision to buy or sell is no longer made by a human being, but by an algorithm buried deep within a computer program. To that extent, stockbrokering has not only been completely de-skilled, but also (rather like taking away the human control of an aircraft Pilot and relying entirely on a flight computer) made entirely divorced from any sense of common sense. The potential for a 'garbage in - garbage out' type run on share prices is alarming and there doesn't appear to be much in the way of checks and balances to prevent it taking place.

Its like when 100 bn gets "wiped off" the stock market obviously the whole economy is fake when billions get "lost" on the turn of a switch in some brokerage or other. The miracle is that enough people have believed the lie for long enough that the whole illusion is allowed to perpetuate. Time was when every state issued bank note had a genuine piece of gold or silver attached to it as a guarantee. Now there is nothing real behind the majority of currency but we just have to trust that it has value. If, one day, enough people get the same idea and decide to not trust the issuer then it will be a very interesting future for us all.

A mate of mine once had a wank in Carol Decker from T'Pau's knicker drawer when they played at Hammersmith.

I don't what possessed me to post that, but some things need to be shared.

I recently shagged a bird who has only just broken up with her husband , I had absolutely no inkling what an oddball she was until she asked if she could call me by her ex husbands name whilst i shagged her , strange but true.
