Two people I know from Uni are West Ham fans.

They are going to Cardiff on Sunday for our game and not for West Ham v Palace game.

There not fans then. End of story (unless they have a very good reason which I presume they haven't got considering they will be in Cardiff 24 hours later)

Anyone who pays to watch Brighton play (and want us to win) is a fan in my book.

The more the merrier. We can't afford to be choosey.

Last year i was being laughed at by some kid in my class as we were getting stuffed in Division 1, apparently we were "crap". Now he's going to Cardiff :shootself

Agreed!

Now that most Albion fans have a ticket, albeit not necessarily the tickets they wanted, it is now time to encourage non-fans, lapsed fans, relatives, neighbours, etc., etc. to join the party.

We need to sell EVERY single one of our allocation-regardless of who actually buys them. Those numpty NIMBYs will try to use every unsold seat as ammunition despite the fact that we've sold more than the proposed capacity at Falmer:clap:

That is EXACTLY the type of people we need to go to Cardiff-they may think we're crap but wait 'til 20,000 of us sing GOSBTS. They'll be fans by the end of the game.

One in my party is an Oxford Utd supporter. He saw us supporting Oxford against Huddersfield on National Falmer Day and wants to return the favour.

Haven't there been a few Wrexham boys on here going to the game as well? And don't forget Laughing Bluebird

I converted a Sheff Wed supporter last season (my husband)

He is an avid Seagull fan now & a season ticket holder.

I'm still working on bringing my Dad back into the fold. Took him up to Port Vale, as my sister lives up there; and he is coming to Cardiff with me too, thus keeping his 100% record of seeing the Albion play in major domestic finals - '83 FA Cup Final and Replay, '91 Division 2 Play-off Final and '04 Division 2 Play-off Final (I don't count our Charity Shield appearance as that was technically a friendly!!). I'm sure I can persuade him to rejoin the ranks of season ticket holders once Falmer is built.

:clap2:

Nice work Curious O, but all this news of people going to the game who aren't Albion fans is making me more than slightly anxious in the wait to find out whether I will be joining you all in Cardiff, added to that the fact that a number of individuals have bought tickets to flog on e-bay and may not be able to sell them because of the efforts of NSC thus leaving empty seats...

You'll get tickets Gully-there's at least 2000 left (up to 4000 depending on your source of info).

Pretty sure you'll be up in nosebleed seating areas though if you're still waiting.
