That was a good performance. I'm proud. We were miles better in the first and last quarter, they were for the middle quarters.

JPVH was incredible although I think him out of position was part of the reason for their first. Also, how on earth are we so open for their winner? They played that incisevely though which we don't seem to be able to do as much this season.

Steele, Dunk, Lampty, Pascal, Billy, Lalanna, Welbeck were great. It's not down to the ref that we lost.

Estupianian had a bit of a mare today. Played them on for their winner then hesitated instead of running back. Poor. I'm more annoyed by Fati's cameo. He owes a performance after that. Bad miss and gave the ball away a lot. Him and Bunonaotte gave the ball away when they had to find an Albion player; it must be so frustrating for the rest of the team who are having to chase as a result of them losing the ball.
Agree with all that tbf. Glad most are being positive. A draw would be been fair and Spurs are an excellent side this season. Remember the places and teams we’re playing and the difference in budgets. Still a class act.

Exactly. They bring on Son, Johnson and Bissouma and the whole narrative will be about Ange's substitutions. Bollocks. Imagine if we brought on those three.

'Holiday On Ice' must've taken place there last night and they couldn't defrost the pitch in time.
Lamptey was on fire (not enough to melt the pitch for everyone) but he looks like his old self again, & was getting the passes to him this time.
JVPH was just everywhere, Gross was just amazing Gross, it must have been nerve wracking for him to take that penalty bearing in mind Pedro's recent success.
Annoying result but I think everyone played a good game.

Such a fcuking shame - Spurs did not deserve the 3 points. Dirty smash and grabbers.

Absolutely no complaints about Brighton from me, we played one of our best games of the season so far apart from a dip in the beginning of the second half. Too many players to name everyone who played so well but a shout for Steele, WBG, Van Hecke, Dunk, Gross and Welbeck. Very disappointed for the lads - they all worked their socks off - I think RDZ will be pleased with the first half.

Perv and Fati still off top form from their long term absence, some inconsistent passing from Facu and Fergie still not making much impact but other than that we are looking good going forward - (tbh I‘m getting to the point where I thinking any match we don’t have an injury these days is a ok result🙄!)

MOTM for me is wee Billy - he was the piston engine for our whole MF today, directing transitions and conducting the play like it was the Glasgow Symphony Orchestra 🙂

Show it then.
I think he was probably slightly off.

Regardless, I think we played well and deserved a point. Spurs had a period where they were well on top, but we had good spells too.

This might be un unpopular statement but I think Fati isn’t that good and Bunonaotte is like a spoilt brat, diving and generally getting on my nerves.

Let’s no go The ‘Italia was the ref/Lino’s fault, that’s lazy thinking.

Superb game but we got beat. We’ll do sheff Utd next week 😉

I don’t recall either contributing to their goal, if anything both added chances for us to win it ?

I'm not saying they did anything wrong - more that if we had Lamptey and Gilmour on the pitch, that goal might not have happened.

Not their fault in any way, but I do think it was a risky managerial decision bringing on two inexperienced players for two such important players at such a crucial time, and that it might have cost us points.

Fati should have scored but unsurprisingly looked rusty. Good to see Mitoma back and a real outlet with speed and skill up the pitch. WBG excellent. Pervis awful almost all game..played with strapping on so not convinced he’s 100% fit yet. Maddison is a thin skinned tool, from the same unpleasant ratty gene pool that Vardy crawled from.
