The Lino’s display is going to deserve a thread on its own. And someone will need to explain how the ref stopped the game on 98 when we had a minimum 6 mins before their goal and our 2 subs

first time we’ve lost like that this season i think, but actually not that unfamiliar when you consider it’s come as a result of schoolboy defending, poor game management, missing clear chances and an overall lack of consistency after a good win the previous week

Muzza must be on the juice of his hair piece has slipped.
He's probably smarting over last weeks mauling, palace mug

And we had the ball in their box when he blew the whistle. He clearly knew he screwed up and wanted to get out of there as soon as possible.

And how the ref was only allowed to book our players. The number of dirty fouls they got away with was unreal.

Absolutely did not deserve to come away from that with nothing. Thought it was a brilliant performance.
The closing down was relentless from us for most of the game.
Van Hecke, WBG and Gross were outstanding.
we gave the ball away too much mate ....had chances didn't take em same old same old ...never mind eh.

It did. The decision to give offside led to a goal.
VAR would only get involved if we’d scored. There is no check for an offside on our attack when the opposition score.

We had plenty of time to get players back into position for their free kick. Pervis decided to give Johnson the freedom of the pitch. That has nothing to do with a marginal offside decision given at the other end of the pitch.

That was a good performance. I'm proud. We were miles better in the first and last quarter, they were for the middle quarters.

JPVH was incredible although I think him out of position was part of the reason for their first. Also, how on earth are we so open for their winner? They played that incisevely though which we don't seem to be able to do as much this season.

Steele, Dunk, Lampty, Pascal, Billy, Lalanna, Welbeck were great. It's not down to the ref that we lost.

Estupianian had a bit of a mare today. Played them on for their winner then hesitated instead of running back. Poor. I'm more annoyed by Fati's cameo. He owes a performance after that. Bad miss and gave the ball away a lot. Him and Bunonaotte gave the ball away when they had to find an Albion player; it must be so frustrating for the rest of the team who are having to chase as a result of them losing the ball.
