On the 'what position should we be' thread, I wrote:-

I'll add to my seering insight that GPott just might not be lucky, with he might actually be too smart for the job, or worse still:-

Think he's too smart for the job.

Now unlike some I'm quite happy with a tinkerman in charge.
I like the unpredictability of selection and I like the intelligence he exudes.

But back to the initial point, for that to pay off (most recently we had 'after studying palace I made the White switch') he needs it too work.

If it's not working or he keeps getting out coached, at la Monday, he might as well dumb it down a little and KISS a few games.
Take a step back in order to progress.

I can't help thinking GPott read that and thought:-

'Bring it on'.

It's like God sending a tornado through a church, synagogue, mosque and orphanage.

:lolol:

I can't dress it up. Potter is a bloody idiot. What do we pay him for? Get rid of him. He hasn't got a clue.

Oh no, It must be bad. Zebedee's back.:lolol:

I'm quite excited to see how our 3 most intelligent players play together up top.

Spurs defence are not the brightest, this might be a tactical masterstroke.

Particularly Dier. Shame there’s no Sanchez and Aurier to join him. They are properly stupid.

He’s got Covid.

TBH it would be just our luck that the NHS Track & Trace app has told only one person in the whole country to self-isolate and it turns out it's one of our players...

This type of match is a write off for us.

It's a shame we couldn't secure a win from our previous two games against Palace and West Brom.

Fans can certainly write off a game, not sure about the club though

Well now. GP certainly dodged the question on Neal’s omission. Did something massive happen in the aftermath of the West Brom game?

No Ryan. No Maupay. No Connolly.

Still delighted to see another one of our promising youngsters get a chance, so fingers crossed for Sanchez.

might explain Maupay, doesn't explain Ryan being on the bench.

Well in my opinion without Dunk there is no control over the box (especially in the air) . So the only conclusion i can reach is Sanchez is great at controlling the box ,so bye bye Matt.

It might explain the lashing out by Potter last week to all and sundry

People are acting like spurs are world beaters.

They are bang average.

2-0 to them sounds about right.
