This is the sort of random thing i'd imagine NSC can help with...
So, I'm looking at a pub owned by EI, and I'm seriously considering it. I've also managed EI pubs so I am fully aware of the pros and cons of working with them.
The area manager has just offered the pub on (I think it's called) TAW (essentially the housesitting agreement).
For me, this feels like a sensible thing to do as it essentially allows me to 'try before I buy', and to get my head around some of the obstacles this pub possibly has.
Does anybody here have any direct experience with this kind of agreement with EI?
