The BBC’s Chris Mason believes there are more people with links to the Tories or the Government being investigated.

This story will run and run as each cheat is exposed.

Sunk is not going to suspend or sack the Tories tainted by this scandal until investigations are complete. Therefore, his best bet is to delay and disrupt the process as much a possible and hope to god it goes away for the next two weeks.

Blimey, its pretty glum the latest betting odds

James Cracknell, who is standing to be a Conservative MP, has called the Tories a “shower of shit”, in a video he posted on Facebook.

The former Olympic rower, who is the Conservative candidate for the key Labour target of Colchester, said: “Two weeks out from the Olympics, if we are competing against the Conservative party my teammates and I would be saying they are a shower of shit.

It is estimated that £7.2Bn was lost by the government due to Covid / PPE fraud , not surprisingly only 2% of that has been recovered.

And let's not forget that the ability to recover any of it was negatively impacted by Sunak himself initially deciding it wasn't worth trying to recover it at all. They only belatedly made any effort at all, by which time the fraudsters will have had plenty of time to hide the money and make it difficult to recover.

They'll just sail away into the sunset...

Remember all that Covid PPE dumped in forests a year or so back? …..

I can't understand why they chucked things like the aprons away. They could've just given them to schools for use in art and cookery, even if due to sizing it would only be suitable for senior school kids. There are never enough aprons so someones kid ends up with green poster paint on their school 'branded' top and has to buy another one. How difficult could it have been for them to send an email to each local authority and ask them to pass on the offer to schools? 🤷‍♀️
They could've even made it sound like they were being kind! 'We are the only party that are making sure that uniforms are protected in school, saving hard working parents money in this cost of living crisis. Vote Conservative, we'll cut your taxes & give 'Aprons For Free'. They like a 3 word slogan!

I would guess because these things were never intended to ever be used by anyone.

The Gambling Commission has uncovered information alleging that five more Metropolitan police officers placed bets on the date of the general election.

I would be very shocked if that were the case! 😮 Imagine if they were found to be useless the company just stopped making them & didn't try to get them up to scratch to fulfill their obligations. That wouldn't have happened, the Government gave us furlough, loans to brand new companies that just happened to launch at the same time the scheme was announced. The 'eat out to help out' scheme was a massive success, people were getting discounted food & were allowed to socialise, such a shame that we had to be locked down again after as it was all going so well. 🤦‍♀️

Can we really place our trust in anyone in politics?☹️
You have misunderstood.
The point is when at tory breaks rules, Sunk puts his fingers in his ears and sings 'la la la'.
But when a labour person breaks rules Starmer defenestrates them.
