I didn't say he organised them. But if you genuinely think it's a entirely unrelated they're shouting about Savile then I've got a bridge to sell you. He knew exactly what he was doing with that jibe, and the fact the anti-vax community belongs to the same far-right tendencies which the Savile stuff has come from (and which Johnson has made no secret of courting through his actions since election) is not a coincidence.

You really are wasting your time with this particular poster.

If Boris was caught, standing over a body, with a severed head in his hands, he would still deny it and say the head in his hands has no connection to the body (literally).

On top of that he would then probably throw in some whatabouttery and say it would have been far worse under Corbyn.

Everybody happy living in a country with a Trump style government, oh good, let's carry on and see what today brings.

It merely highlights how low and retarded this country has become.

The europeans must be pissing themselves laughing looking over, safely in the knowledge we burnt our own drawbridge and can't drag them down with us.

A tad overdramatic. It was an anti vax protest by a group of numpties wandering around Westminster who would have mobbed and shouted abuse at any recognisable politician. The way some people are spinning this you would think Boris organised a mob to attack rhe Leader of the Opposition....

It's not a "tad overdramatic" at all. It's 100% accurate. The PM used parliamentary privilege to slur the leader of the opposition and isn't man enough to apologise for it. As for not blaming Johnson for this as you refuse to do, I'll refer you to what someone else pointed out a couple of days ago - when you kick over the bee hive, it's difficult to put the bees back in. Johnson kicks anything he likes and doesn't give a toss about the consequences. He's a morally repugnant fat mess of a man who is not fit to lick Starmer's boots (or anyone else's) and should never have been made leader of his party never mind voted in as PM of the country. The worst PM we will ever have by an absolute mile. He doesn't even have the decency to resign when he so obviously should.

And as far as I'm concerned, we are now at the point where those who refuse to recognise this glaring fact are the f**king morons.

Keir Starmer, leader of the opposition, has been threatened and intimidated by a bunch of anti-vax thugs. Outside Parliament.

Boris knew exactly what he was doing in his slur on Starmer. It wasn't an off-the-cuff remark. It was planned and premeditated.

And insinuated at, right up to the point of the next election. Johnson and Trump would have made perfect bed fellows.

He was warned by his own advisor not to use the slur (lie) but ignored the advice. The fuse was lit.

Well, he’s not going to leave, but my mum in law (lifetime Conservative voter) surprised us all on the phone yesterday by announcing that she will be voting for Keir at the next opportunity. Saw what has happened as a direct result of the words of “that dreadful man” as she now calls Johnson. If that feeling is replicated in true blue homes across the U.K. then long may Johnson continue.

I think you are being far too kind to Johnson here.

As for his apologists... they are so far down that path that it doesn't matter what he does - there won't be an admission of their getting it wrong, even though they all know it. Sad really, but it does take a bit of strength of character to admit mistakes.

Boris doesn't understand that admitting his mistakes is a strength, not a weakness.

Bloody Worthing!
Yet another Tory Minister wheeled out on the media to defend Johnson. All blah, blah, blah with something to the effect that it would be unreasonable to link the PMs comment in the Commons to the actions of the mob last night.
As if these specimens have the moral authority to cast judgment on 'reasonableness'. Astonishing.

The point that deliberately misses (so as to play into the hands of right wing clapping seals like you) is that what caused those baying mobs were the conducts of the individuals themselves. What people are up in arms about here is that Starmer was deliberately smeared by the Prime Minister for personal gain and this baying mob is the direct consequence. Why are you unable to see this? Be a Tory by all means, it's just this incessant standing-up for the moral vacuum that is Boris Johnson that is so repugnant and unnecessary.

This really is some special pleading.

Yes the job was out and they were mostly anti-vax morons but the fact that they also started on the paedo line shows the influence. All attacks like this are wrong. I just can’t fathom that people are defending our prime minister over his role in this. Wtf has happened to this country? As Dan Hodges has said this morning - paraphrased “either the mob are listening and taking the lead from our prime minister or our prime minister is listening the right wing conspiracy nutters and taking a lead from them” - I can’t decide which is worse

We're those politicians "attacked" on the streets BECAUSE of a lie told about them by the highest authority in the country, or because they are lying duplicitous ***** themselves.

Having said that, there is no excuse for mob mentality, but action should be taken on the cause, in this case your beloved leader telling lies.

“ if your outrage is selective, it ain’t genuine “

Having said that, the mob that harangued Sir Kneel and Lammy were quite clearly Momentum odd bods and Piers Corbyn and his Merry band of dafties, and by the audio, an Assange fan.

Boris doesn't understand that admitting his mistakes is a strength, not a weakness.

To be fair, he's got a big job at a particularly busy time - has he actually got time to admit to all of his mistakes?

I swing between feeling contempt and feeling sorry for those that have been hoodwinked by the shyster. He and the faceless machine behind him have preyed upon the fears of the insecure and gaslit a nation. Are they enablers, or victims? (or both?)

It's not too late for most who have been conned to see him for what he is and for what he has done, though I suspect that long after he has been booted out in disgrace by his own party, the NSC Johnson apologists will still be at it (like isolated Japanese soldiers refusing to believe the war is over)

William Coleshill was involved and is a former Tory councillor in Enfield. He has been identified, also previously harassing Michael Gove.
The merry band of dafties are Resistance GB.

Johnson gave them an extra stick to beat Starmer with. They may well be Momentum but to me they have one thing in common with Johnson … utter wankers…
