It’s good to see that the majority of the press are condemning his behaviour as pathetic. Small taste of his own medicine.

Apart from staff at the The Mail who are acting like ****s again.

What an absolute bunch of cxxts this government is.

“More than 100 Nepali guards who risked their lives to protect British embassy staff in Afghanistanbefore the Taliban seized back control were secretly returned to Nepal against their wishes shortly after being airlifted to safety in the UK, the Guardian can reveal.”

I’ve spent a month or two in Nepal. They love Britain. They love the British culture. There are references to us everywhere. We’re only more popular abroad in places such as Northern Ireland, The Falklands and Gibraltar.

And then this is how we repay their warriors for risking their lives for British people and British values. It makes me sick.

It’s evil. Downright evil.

They went to same public school but they weren't former 'school mates'. They were four years apart. Classic headline drama.

Don't make me stand up for Tories.

‘Old school tie’ relies on the name of the school, rather than being classmates.
Etonians favour Etonians.
At one point Sunak was rejected because he went to Winchester.

How low can they go?

I was "classmates" with lots of people who I barely knew and didn't like.
Logically then, I was "schoolmates" with lots of people I couldn't have picked out of a line up if they were wearing the uniform.
The crucial difference is that I went to Tideway, and any connections I could have made are unlikely to win me high office.

Hardly comparable with Eton, Harrow or Winchester. Those names open doors, whereas Tideway doesn’t.

Got a cousin who went to Eton (his dad was just rich, not posh) and it’s unbelievable the opportunities he got as a result despite dropping out of uni.
