Corbyn was IRA support and antisemitism.

The Mail, Sun & Express will all now follow. Whilst it’s good for Starmer that this is ‘the best they can do’ how many morons will be gaslit by it?

Starmer poses a real financial and perhaps existential threat for ****s like the one below, no surprise that they are going all in.

I wouldn't like to guess, but I'm sure there'll be one along in a minute who could, in between an 'amusing one-liner' and an Ironic thumbs up :lolol:

The country can rest knowing that the absolute plank O'Brien is on the case!

I don’t like O’Brien, I find him far too sarcastic and smug. However, yes I’m glad he’s on the case.

In a media landscape where Gammony Thicket’s, bent politicians, and corrupt business men are simply let off the hook when they spout lies as truth to try to justify their ignorance / criminality, I’m glad someone is consistently calling them out. Long may he continue to do so.

O'Brien is the leftie equivalent of Morgan, they simply wheel on fodder for entertainment's sake.

Not necessarily - Labour not strong in Wellingborough - a lot of Tory voters will switch to Reform 😢
Tory voters switching to Reform UK because they don't think the current Tory Government is sufficiently nasty, racist or Right-wing. Oh, and that Sunak fella is a bit of a Leftie, innit.

I've encountered a few of these Reform supporters on social media in the last few days - they are as deranged as they are thick, but worryingly, there are a lot of them, and they are dragging the Tory Party ever further to the Right.

I think there might also be another reason why they don’t like Rishi Sunak…

It's always Right-wingers shouting loudest about 'patriotism' who crap hardest and heaviest on ordinary British people.

The worrying thing is, some Tory MP's are trying to get leaving the ECHR into the next manifesto

Governments and regimes which are contemptuous of the rights of 'foreigners' are also inclined to be contemptuous of the rights of their own citizens - unless they're mega-rich, or donate to the ruling party.

Those voters who want to see us leave the ECHR really ought to be careful what they wish for, because at some stage, they'll be targeted.

This is a random meme from the internet.

A quick look at DMGT's annual reports show that they have a registration in the UK and do indeed pay tax.

My bad.

The location may be wrong but perhaps the implication of the intention (tax avoidance) is accurate.

DMGT is owned by Rothermere Continuation Limited who are registered in Jersey where the corporation tax (for those businesses that are exempt) is a whopping 0%. How much tax are they paying?

I suspect it is more complicated than that. They would still be liable to tax on operations that arise from the UK. The HQ of DMGT is in London.

Perhaps.

It’s normal for global corporations to ensure that their UK business are loss making in order to avoid corporation tax on profits here. But your main point I agree with. It’s complicated. It shouldn’t be because complexity gives rise to loop holes.

Well, I'm glad we've finished that discussion. I don't enjoying protecting any integrity the Daily Mail has. It's like saying Peter Sutcliffe always called his Mum each week.

Crikey ! that's a pretty risky strategy for Mone, just remember what happened to the last famous British crooked boss who had a yacht ... Mr Maxwell.

Interesting day for the crooked and corrupt Tory government, we have Michelle Mone with her latest revelations and Penny Mordaunt revealling that her WhatsApp messages with Johnson seem to have disappeared and that it is not down to her ...

Which can only be because he’s been “Delete For All” clicking, an intentional act and likely perverting the course of justice
