Tastiest bloke in the Premiership bar none. 8.7 out of ten. Looks better with highlights than with his natural brown locks. Is there a tastier Premiership footballer?

Torres and Drogba have hardly been a dream team, so far, so no I'm out.

I can see him going back to Liverpool for less than half what they sold him for

Maybe if he played better this season, he would have featured more.

he did have a few mares, but generally he has been played completely out of position at chelsea. He was prolific as an out and out striker, he needs to get back into his stride.

still world class imo

Completely out of position ?

OK, he was asked to help cover at leftback in the Nou Camp when Drogba went off (which he did dismally), but where else have Chelsea played him other than up front ?

"completely" might be a bit strong, but he certainly hasnt been played in his strongest position, he's usally been a supporting prong of a three man attack or a right winger. to his credit he's put in the leg work and done whats asked of him, but its an expensive support striker.

with Drogba seemingly gone (Brighton or China?), i expect to see any incoming manager focusing their team around Torres. thats what he's wanting assurances on.

pretty much this, he was playing a supporting role.

and also agree, he should stay at chelsea if drogba leaves.

Cannot stand this bloke, seems to get the hump with every cub he plays for. Perhaps if he just got his head down and scored a few and maybe looked like he was happy to be there he might find things start to get easier.

harsh. he has got his head down, he's been very good, except for in front of goal. if he seems down, its hardly a surprise: imgaine you are excellent at a job and someone gets you in then gives you a different job, one not to your strengths. is going to be frustrating.

Think you are very forgiving. In my mind he orchestrated this move from Liverpool purely for financial reasons, then when he got to Chelsea took his eye of the ball, got complacent and too full of himself. Pissed off team mates and as a result had less chances in front of goal and now, shock horror...............its someones elses fault he's not being picked.

Anelka side and there minted

Exactly. Shed loads of money and, at 34, he's probably thinking about life after football. Gotta make a mint whilst he can.
Yeah cos he has only earned about £150k a week, for the last few years.
He has more money than he'll ever need, there's only one place Drogba will be playing, next year.
