Saw it last night and was pretty much hooked. It's gone all-americanised... glossier and a bit 24 -ey but the story still is good and Gwen and her fam stop the whole US thing going overboard.

Was on in the States on Starz and I downloaded it from the internet.

Much better than that pile of shit Camelot (aka Merlin for adults). Arthur is a total ponce and cant act and Fiennes is just plainly over acting. How anyoen can compare this to Game of Thrones is beyond me!

I managed to get tickets for the advance screening of the first episode at the BFI in London last month with a Q&A session with the cast afterwards.

I really enjoyed the episode, obviously with the Yanks involved theres alot more stunning special effects. Bill Pullman appears to be a great addition to the show.

I'm expecting it to be laden with After effects standard plugins and a lot of gayness with some underlying story of science-lite fantasy. Bring it on!
