1. United
2. City
3. Liverpool
4. Chelsea
5. Arsenal/Tottenham (Depending on what they do in the transfer market)

I'd go with this. Early days but looks like United will walk it. City are real contenders, but won't get there. Liverpool are much improved, Chelsea aren't but will do ok. Arsenal will struggle to be up there at all.
