I think thats pretty insulting to this particular squad of players to suggest that they'd need a cash bonus from TB to go the extra mile and get us over the line on Monday.

I wish you were right but I bet the ground will be about a quarter full if we don't pull it off.

I'm sure a positive atmosphere makes a massive difference to players in any game and, even if the effect is marginal, it feels good. No doubt about that after Friday night where it really felt like we were doing something tangible to help with the constant singing once we were down to 10 men. That's got to be a lift for the team and their reaction at the end suggests it was really appreciated.
