Tho Stradivarius doesn't like soft going. Maybe not even run. If the rain keeps up Withhold has got about as good an each way chance as anything IMHO. Could end up a bit of a lottery

I think that we can safely say that this is a load of old tosh.

Stratum going in the 1:30 Tipperary today. Currently14/1 @Betfred. Don't know the distance but as it's Tipperary it's bound to be a long way!

Some good horses in the race. The drift (10s to 14s) isn't a good sign but still plenty of time for Mr Chairman to get his money down.

3 wins from last 20 runners the most recent in October 2019 (Stratum).

Of his last 20 runners, 19 have been Withold (7yo), Stratum (7yo), Librisa Breeze (8yo) and Flaming Spear (8yo). So you certainly have a point. (the other runner in his last 20 was Tavus who is a 4yo but hasn't run since November 2018)

Stratum runs for TB this evening at Galway (6:15) 20/1 - Hasn't run for 142 days is highest rated horse in the field & carrying top weight. Very little interest for him so far today and generally drifting in price but maybe worth a market check just prior to the off for each-way punters.
