Plenty of 33-1 about Stratum - named Stratum Albion for this - in the Melbourne Cup tomorrow morning (Flemington or Melbourne 04.00 if you are looking for it). This is THE race to win in Australia so is a massively tough ask but its not without a chance.

Not to be. Given TBs connections with Australia and thinking back to his efforts to get Withold into the race last year, I'm guessing that this is a race he'd really like to win. I'll keep em peeled for a potential Melbourne Cup horse under Tony's ownership.

Tony has Tango Boy running in the opener at Cheltenham (1:15) this afternoon - Trading at around 8/1 with most firms, may be worth a small each way investment - Only potential worry is that he's not run for 246 days

Lipsink in the 5.30 (not a TB horse) has some eye catching times in Frogland. Overpriced at 10s and doubled up with Flaming Spear against my better judgement
