The transformation from cottage industry to fully fledged professional outfit continues apace. This is tremendous news, thank you Tony Bloom,

Don't think so Martin, but there's a lovely big field just south of the Amex.

It'll be another important factor in attracting quality players to the club as well.

The upward trajectory looks set. Should be quite a ride.

This news now makes me feel sure we will at least FLIRT with the Premiership over the next 10 years.

And future quality managers, coaches, backroom staff, etc.

Wonder if this project has one eye on the Reserves playing competitive matches there to?

I know the club will be careful on this, but I would be strongly opposed to waterhall. There would be a guaranteed public inquiry for that.

Unbelievable news. More planning applications and , no doubt, NIMBY type objections from tree hugging fuds. However, this time we won't have the same impending disaster scenario if it fails. Exciting times indeed for us very very lucky supporters.

One question mark is Shoreham Airport? The surrounding area is just marshland is it not?

Got this from the print Argus. Guess it will be up on web later this morning.

Only three pictures of noted possible locations, no artists impressions!

Edit: I missed a further possible location in my opening post.... Mid Sussex!! (who knows where?) Update: Official site says Hickstead.
