What I love is that he dosent seem to be happy with just competing in the championship he wants to win it.He is not buying players to put bums on seats the bums are already on the seats.
As poyet has stated that cms was his no 1 target does that mean there are funds available to secure a lua lua like player if that deal is now dead.

What words can describe being a Brighton fan at the moment...first Gus Poyet.....then the best football we have seen in a number of years....if not arguably in our history.....then this!!!

I am genuinely lost for words!!!!

For me today, with the signing of CMS, Falmer looking like sex with arches, the feeling is right up there with walking up Wembley Way in 83.

The anticipation and excitement of what could lie ahead is mouth watering.

We are probably all seeing the most exciting moments towards the future and intent ever of our club in our history, most certainly for me having been here, there and everwhere for the last 36 years.

So for that Our Tone, :p:drool:

Tony Bloom. No words can describe how important this man is to ALL Brighton supporters. A saviour, a legend, but above all a true gentleman. Thank you TB for all you have done, are doing and going to do in the future for this great club.:clap2:

There have been threads like this before, but there will never be too many.
I do love our Gus. But he's doing his job, he's getting paid and doing great. One day he will leave us for a bigger club, and I have no problem with that.

But Tony is just doing this because he can, and he loves Brighton like we do. We are very lucky.

Football fans can be ungrateful shits at times, and I'm sure there'll be a time when some of our fans don't think he's doing enough and complain about him. But I won't, I know that owning a football club can be a thankless task, and I will never forget what he's done for us.

A massive thanks to Tony Bloom for taking us into the future with such style and grace. An equally massive thanks to Dick Knight for ensuring we had a future full stop.

This.

Dick Knight stood up when all else was gone to see us round the final bend Mr Bloom has taken the batton and seen us almost over the finish line. Truly marvellous scenes
