Unless we have a massive collapse in goal difference then Villa, West Ham and Bournemouth would all have to get seven points more than us from this stage to end above us.

It's hard to imagine how this could realistically have gone an awful lot better since the restart. If you'd said when I was watching the Man City game a week ago that by now we'd be here I'd have bitten your arm off.

I was going to post the same thing. Two really tough games and we have four points and grown the gap from 2 to 6 over the bottom three. What a difference a week makes.

I can’t wait for the Man United game, the way results have gone it’s a total free hit.
