Mr Ward will be in the White Hart in Crowborough from 7 this evening (Sunday) signing copies of his book.

We had good fun at the Hikers Rest and Thomas a' Becket yesterday so if you are short of something to do this evening it would be great to see you there :)

I was in Waterstone's in Eastbourne this afternoon and a woman asked if they had "that book by Peter Ward, the Brighton footballer". Neither the customer nor the shop assistant knew what it was called, until I stepped in to tell them. They didn't have it, nor was it anywhere to be found on Waterstone's computerised book ordering system.

If there's anything you can do to get the word out, Matt, I'm sure you'll get some sales. Nice as it is to have the book personally touched by the great man himself, it's not the only way to shift large numbers of them.

We've been trying to get the book into Waterstone's but it is a bit of a drawn out process... the Brighton branch *should* have it this week and hopefully Eastbourne will take some too.

Thanks for letting me know

British Bookshops have it (probably only Brighton and Hove shops) and City Books in Hove do too.
