Clearly people on NSC have much more coaching experience and know a lot more about our players than Gus does..

Well I don't know one person who supports Brighton and Hove Albion, who would have picked that side on Saturday,,,not ONE!!!!....So maybe they do, because Poyet clearly thinks that Buckley, Lualua and Cms(three players who have experience in this league and above) don't warrant starting places against a team with a well dodgy defence...Clearly trying not to lose was the way...pmsl......Why arn't people asking why Poyet has not picked Lualua to start since he won mom against Derby and alongside Vicente, ripped them to shreds....Maybe i'm the only one that find's this bizzare, or I would if I didn't know better!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm not even going because I think there is a slight chance he might do this. I will not sit through a 6-0 defeat again.

If I turn up at the Amex tomorrow and there is a queue outside Dicks, then I'm walking out.

Technically I won't have been in, but I'm still going to walk out. And possibly shake it all about.

Im more than happy with our club and what gus has done i was just saying playing Navarro, Dicker and Bridcutt is one to many. Two from three yes. I would never walk out either but like i said if he plays all three i will be a bit despondant before the game.

If i see the team tomorrow and Bridcutt Dicker and Navarro all start i will feel like walking out. Please Gus take the game to the opposition and play two wingers with Vicente behind a striker. Reading only played two central midfielders V Southampton and one was Jay Tabb who is only 5ft 7.

you might as well go back to supporting whatever london team you were supporting before now then

Not going to bother arguing with you as you dont know me but just to put your mind at rest supported since 78 till today through thick and thin. Dont know what makes you think otherwise just cos i live 28 miles away.

If the blonde lady with the bob doesn't serve me at WSU kiosk I'm going to have a terse word with the supervisor for ruining my evening.

The point is Kev that he did pick LuaLua for the next game which was away to Nottingham Forest and he was withdrawn after 51 minutes. He had a poor game and markings from those attending averaged 5. Comments included 'had a poor game, would not be surprised if he was dropped for the next game' 'not much action from him' 'must have had the trots rarely threatened' 'hardly saw the ball and did little with it' Gus may have reckoned if he was that poor against Nottingham Forest he would be no better against West Ham. Sadly those playing were seemingly no better.

But would you not agree that when the team performs badly, it is always the same old faces that suffer the axe...i.e Lualua and Buckley...Where as others such as Bridcutt, Navarro and Barnes are seemingly undroppable...Yes I know he dropped Barnes and played Vokes and Cms up front against Burnley, but in the same game gave them no width what so ever to feed off, so surprise surprise next game one of them is out and good old Barnes is back in, almost as if Poyet is trying to prove a point....But he is proving nothing because to play two strikers up front, one being a target/hold up man but give them no width is just making yourself look clueless. Then to go to West Ham and play the tactics he did just confirmed this. Two big pressure games and bad decisions in both of them.

I never think starting with Lua Lua tends to be the right idea. He's a bench player until he develops the guile necessary to be a part of a slick attacking unit. In the second half, when the game has begun to open and all players more weary than when they started and perhaps look to attack more than in a cautious first half, he is perfect to come on and terrorise, to step-over and sprint in a straight line and put across a powerful left-footer that's never quite finished. But at the start of the game, when we need to work together, i'd always have Buckley, if in form, or Nooney. I'd never have both wingers there whilst our central midfield hasn't the pace or power to dominate as a twosome.
On Saturday i would have probably had Vokes up there to be a stronger frontline, but really i am just some Fantasy Football midtabler who would never be so pig-ignorant to think he knows best or demand to know why the trough was half empty rather than half full.
We'll keep getting better, and if we don't we shan't turn to the portly armchair novice for advice on the way it should be.

The only players that don't get dropped are defensive players, gus seems to blame the attackers even though they get zero service.
