Jesus why are we even having this conversation! What an utterly monumental day it will be tomorrow. Forget what has been acheived on the pitch, this is for the fans and the fantastic people who have made the dream of this stadium become a reality. It is for the people who stormed the pitch at the Goldstone in utter limitless passion and the fans who in protest went so far as to boycott focus DIY by shoving shit in the trolleys and pissing off. It is for the fans how led endless campaignes at Wycombe, in Brighton and as high up as Westminster. It is for the fans who are so unfortunate to not be here to see the first game and for the sons and grandsons of those people to get that sparkle in there eye that they once had at the Goldstone, the laughs, the adrenaline of that final whistle.
The game tomorrow will be different to any other experience certainly that I have ever had with Brighton and Hove Albion football club. It will be completely different, special, a once in a life time moment. There will not be a dry eye in the Stadium.
