I refuse to believe it. Someone on here with a fairly high postcount definitely said he was rubbish after Lincoln. I suspect they don't even attend aways but that many posts they must be right.

Have to say I would be more than happy with a season long loan whichever division we end up in

I must say, Tomori (until recently- who?) and Hoonz (until recently, vaguely recalled) at the back, and playing like classic Terry and June (oops, I meant Cahill). Who would have thought it? It was a joy to behold.

Must admit, when Dunky went off and he came on I groaned. But he proved me wrong and had an excellent game. Was all over the field and a brillaint header to keep the ball in for the goal. Quality and really up for it like the other have said.

He slotted in for Dunk and did very well. The only problem for him is that he is like about 50 other Chelsea youth players sent out on loan with no chance whatsoever of making the first team as they will just go and spend £20m + and buy a player.

I'd definitely test the water with a cheeky bid on permenant basis next year. Chelsea have Ake and Christensen ahead of him along with their current first team CB's. No harm in trying and he could well progress his career with this sort of move.

He'd develop well here and his ego seems to be in check.

Still Somewhere in Sussex!
Centre Back seems his best/most favoured postion.
Had a great game this evening, including an assist for the goal (although maybe it perhaps didn't quite happen how he intended it!)

How many quality CB's have we got!
Is 5 across the back too defensive a formation! :lolol:

No need to worry about Chelsea not wanting to sell this kid -- this is exactly what their business model is set up for. They have a ridiculous amount of players out on loan, when they do well they hope to sell a fair few. Which helps them comply with FFP and lets them spunk £50 million on a superstar.

Chelsea are the kings of the secondary market.

Buy him and groom him to eventually replace Bruno cause we're really going to miss him when he finally retires?

Just watched his post match interview on player.

Seems an intelligent and enthusiastic young man.

I'd certainly want the club to buy him depending on fee.

Pity it wasn't another clean sheet but its amazing to see the defence function so well with the 4th and 5th choice centre backs. How many other clubs could pull that off?

Good idea but how would you keep the four we have already happy by adding a fifth.

Doesent matter whether they are happy or not BG. So long as knowing they have real competition for their place keeps the ones playing, playing well then that's the type of squad he is looking to build. Everyone knows if they don't play well then they are dropped

Tomori had a fantastic game tonight.
It's great that NSC folk are recognising this and giving him some rave reviews ... especially after some of the sh*te posted about him after the Newcastle game.
