It's not really about whether the religion constitutes a race, it's the reason why you hate the religion.
The Jews don't exclusively represent a race, but you wouldn't excuse Hitler.
You only have to look on this board. Find negative posts about Islam and see other views the posters have.
A usual clue is "Hating Muslims isn't racist because they aren't a race."

I agree with this part. Perhaps you should listen to the reasons why people oppose to Islam before shouting racist then?
Personally, i have issues with elements of the ideology that are homophobic, misogynist, violent and impose restrictions on freedom of choice and freedom of speech.
I oppose to ALL religions. Many religions share the same issues above. But there is no other scripture, in 2018, which people follow literally and commit terrorism/mass murder in its name as there is in Islam. I'm sure we agree that the vast majority of Muslims are decent people. But there is a serious problem within the religion that needs to be talked about. Shouting racist / right wing activist at anyone who want's to highlight the issues within the religion is not helpful.
There is a strange protection of Islam from the main stream media and it's liberal sheep.

Individual serviceman are allowed political affiliations and opinions under their Human Rights. The Armed Forces however have to remain politically neutral.
The issue with the photo is that the serviceman in uniform are effectively representing the Armed Forces as a group. Therefore there is an issue with the promotion that there is support from the Armed Forces for a particularly political organisation, and this simply cannot happen. If the same group of soldiers were in their civilian clothing, then there isn't a problem as they are entitled to their political opinions.
Of course many political figures visit and meet with the Armed Forces, but these are organised, sanctioned and not used for political purposes.

In all seriousness I find it quite worrying.
I'm sure the German Army thought Hitler was a joke in the 1920's, within a decade he was leading them across Europe.
I'm not saying he will end up in power, but a groundswell of support from the 18-40 disaffected white males demographic led by Robinson/Yaxley/Lennon could create serious issues in this country in the future.
then perhaps think about addressing those issues and its certainly not confined to 18-40 yr olds.
