That was after he'd slammed his fist into the ground in frustration!

Still, didn't see him doing the same after his f***ing pathetic defending for the 2nd

No, he held his head in his hands for about ten seconds after the second goal.

Not what the picture says :)

Seeing as the picture is from the first goal. That may indicate why it is different from my description of his reaction to the second goal.

Shows more committment and desire then the whole team collectively.

Even if he did (and I'm not sure that he showed more commitment and desire than, say, Crofts or Elliott Bennett), so what? Commitment and desire without the skillset or ability to concentrate for 90 minutes is useless. He is one of the reasons we keep on losing.

:wrong:That's nonsense, Elphick is our best player alongside Bennett. Crofts may execute a few sliding tackles but doesn't offer anything going forward, the poor coaching set up is the reason why we are losing not Elphick.

There's a 7year-old in the family stand that shows that kind of commitment too.
They should switch places, the kid couldn't do any worse that Elphick.

He made a big display about his goal v Gillingham, but defensive ability is why he's supposed to be on the pitch, and in that department he's worth a goal to almost every crap opponent we play.
