I think El-Abd has had a poor start to the season and seemed to struggle against Wallsall and Leyton Orient. He had a much better game today.

Out of the two I think Elphick looks most comfortable alongside Greer and I would expect him to keep his spot, but going purely on today's performance Gus will find it hard to drop either of them

I just think el abd looks a lot more comfortable on the ball, which is certainly something that Gus is after.

Tommy was incredible. His best performance for a long time.

He was excellent today and so good to see the confidence back after that awful time he had not so long ago.

Official stats show that Franchise FC had no shots on target, which is full credit to the whole team, but both Elphick and El Abd were excellent today
