No doubt this is probably fixtures but still without a club.
I find that astounding.
Surely at worst a league one club would have offered him something??
Very strange as he's clearly good enough
1. Not nearly as good as he thinks he is.
2. In pretty rapid decline judging by the second halfof last season.
3. High wage demands
4. Disruptive influence.
Its not THAT attractive a package, is it?
3 & 4 is based on speculation and would rather have Kusczak over Stockdale anyday.

Better than the majority of Champ keepers, in the top 3 a few years back, so still pretty good regardless of what he thinks.
2. In pretty rapid decline judging by the second halfof last season.
1/2 games towards the end of season. Yet more rewriting history, just like Murray and Ulloa. Everyone's shit once they leave. He was superb for 90% of his time with us. Very high standards that rarely dipped.
3. High wage demands
Relative to us - we do not pay high wages at all by Championship standards. The accounts bear this out. He should've been one of our top earners along with Ulloa.
4. Disruptive influence.
Perhaps. A winning mentality can rub some the wrong way.
Its not THAT attractive a package, is it?
1. Perhaps he isnt as good as people have made out and/or is in decline.
2. High wage demands
Its got to be one, or both, of these.
I'd agree that 4 is no more than gossip. 3 really isn't.
Not for me. Agree with many points above, plus that thing at St. Andrews was worse than anything Stockdale has done and cost us dear.
Does he actually like playing football? He's 32 and has played less than 160 club games.
