No, not the win over Chelsea.

I went to my local park and witnessed 3 different age groups of kids football training. Now nothing amazing in that, but for the first time in what must be 30 years I saw at least 5 or 6 Albion shirts in each group. Not only that but others playing Tennis and also jogging wearing the stripes.

For the first time I can ever remember I only saw the odd Premiership shirt and being totally out numbered by the Albion.

:bhasign: Things are looking up!

Yes i can not remember seeing Albion shirts out number prem shirts before, i have witnessed this every week up where our lad plays football in Chichester............yes and you have guessed it no Pompey shirts!!

I can relate to this, I help coach a youth team at the weekends and I'm struck by how many Albion shirts are being worn. The only Prem shirts I've seen at all are Chelsea and Liverpool...oh I'm going to have fun next week with the Chelsea fans...

In a pile of football shirts
My godson (6) plays on a Saturday morning at Varndean, loads of kids there, all ages, and yes, loads of them are in Albion shirts. One of the teams, around 10 years old, actually choose to play in Brighton shirts. It's a wonderful thing :bhasign:

Even the 'we only had our reserves out' line is rubbish as Abramovic spunked £237 million on that lot yesterday!

Is good news and a sign that the hard work the club have put in is paying off.
