Hither (sometimes Thither)
the massive club thats won 1/15........... an excellent result you say.??

Words-reading poster of the week. Congratulations.
If we'd overspent by £29m last season then i think we might walk this league, and with a good few of their players from today we'd be ruddy hard as nails and dynamite. Their longball larry chud does them no favours and if they had someone else in charge it might have been a very different story for them this year.

Sometimes BHAFC fans make me cringe.

The support today was piss poor and so much negativity around me. FFS Leicester City are a good team with the best defence in the league fighting for the win and a play off spot. What did you expect ?, for them to roll over and for us to be 3 up in 30 minutes.

It was a VERY GOOD point today and keeps us in the play offs and 2 points ahead of the pack. What more do you want ?!.

Many are not fans tho eh Uncle? They'll come along while we're on a roll and they'll vanish as quickly as they came as soon as there's a downturn in the club's fortunes. For now its a jolly Easter outing with the kids and nothing deeper, maybe makes a change from the Sea Life Centre or Drusillas.

But The Few saved The Club for The Town (sorry, CITY). What happens to The club beyond that is down to the fickleness of the populace.

yes, the atmosphere was crap, but is it any surprise given the almost total lack of interest seemingly shown by poyet? He was sat legs crossed, arms folded for most of the game, only saw him on his feet two or three times. After leicester scored why wasn't he on his feet geeing up our players? Is it any wonder the players themselves looked jaded and dis-interested if that's the kind of message they're getting from the sidelines??!! In the second half particularly, leicester looked like the only team wanting to go and actually win the game.

Both home games this week have seen lacklustre performances and today felt like a typical last game of the season with nothing to play for, rather than the vital six-pointer that it actually was.

Can we read anything into poyet's lack of after match interviews combined with his body language - is his attitude now that he'll be in the premier league next season either with or without us?

if brighton did get promoted but got smashed stupid and relegated next season who would be the winners and losers????

Now, with the biggest gates in the league

Why on earth would that mean we should be disappointed with a point against a team like Leicester?

It's a great statistic to have and a testament to Albion fans but big attendances don't reflect anything other than good support.

No but I'm bored with negative "fans" who can't spell......

If your happy with the last 2 performances then good luck to you!
Personally I felt the team could have dug a bit deeper today.
And to hear after a bad performance "oh well we got a point, lets look to the next game" it becomes a bit tedious.
As for the spelling, a result of a few beers... Something you can only look forward to. Now off and do your homework child

You're actually trying to blame Poyet for the team's performance? I've lost the will to live.

Gus has never been particularly animated in his area except when our players have been hacked to bits by opposition teams & referees allowed it to continue.

How the hell can people moan about the last two performances!! The players gave EVERYTHING on Tuesday but due to bad luck, great defending and world class save from their keeper it wasn't meant to be. Then today again we outplayed a team which on paper had more quality than us and had better strength in depth but again a draw which was a fair result.

Just remind me, are we in danger of relegation? No we're in the mix to get promoted!

Some of you forget we are a work in progress, two years ago we were in League 1, we are fast assembling a squad that is getting better every year and I for one will place a bet on us going up next year if we don't go up this season.

Easy to spend big on players, like other sides. The money at BHA is going into a new academy and in to the future. It was always a 5 year plan, barely two years in eh.
I for one am prepared to stick with the longer ride.

Shocked that anyone thought that Leicester were a poor side today. We let them play and they did a better job than us. Maybe I was at a different game

The fact is that we are no longer "poor little Brighton" playing at an athletics track.

I think the frustration lies in the fact that results have been going for us recently and we are seemingly not able to take advantage. Inevitably after the palarse game expectations were sky high - but we can't seem to maintain that sort of form for more than one game. People complaining about moaners need to take a pill - we all pay for our tickets and are all entitled to air our views on an open forum - be a poor exchange of views if everyone was obliged to toe the line of those who try to shout everyone else down.

Today was a poor performance against a team that has been out of form (despite their riches) - and we were expecting to win at home. If we had played as we did against Charlton, perhaps there would not be so much irritation, but we didn't... we were second best for most of the afternoon. Shame, as I took the wife for a change and hoped to get her in a good mood.
