I know its petty and meaningless (especially as I'm in Merseyside) but I lump the Lib Dems with Forfars and Focus. I just can't forgive them, even if they were to have the most right on policies ever. Can't think of the hours and nights I've worried about whether the club was going to have a future; and Bellotti and later Baker and De Vecchi had a lot to do with that.

So I won't vote for them and I don't care if anyone thinks that is silly, its my only way of getting back at the bastards and I feel childishly good about it.

My current MP appears to be Nick Herbert. He won't be getting my vote, and it's not entirely due to his ridiculous comments regarding Falmer.

Certain individuals have removed their right to my support should I ever find myself in their constituencies, but it won't affect a whole party - except in Lewes.

Whwn I lived in HPP I wrote to Herbert about Falmer asking him to sign one of the EDMs about it. To his credit he did write back saying why he wouldn't. I never voted for him, but even if he'd signed up and said how wonderful he thought the plans were I almost certainly wouldn't have.

The only Lib Dem I can be 100% certain would never get my vote is Norman Baker - again not entirely stadium-related but that does play a part.

The only way i'm likely to stop the tories getting in at Eastbourne is to vote Lib-Dem but that really is a rock and a hard place decision. If i was a couple of hundred yards down the road and voting Lib Dem would be Baker there is not a cat in hells chance i'd vote for that (unt!
