So you'd have to go from Pissfilled, to Withdean, to Griffin Park and then back to Withdean and then off to Falmer.

I dont think ill ever go there. my mum took me to toys are us there when i was about 10 and i refused to get out the car, ive never set foot on the holy ground and never will. please dont post the pictures of it being demolished, theyre not nice to look at, theyre not even particularly interesting, they just look like any old construction site. the goldstone should not be remembered with diggers on the pitch.

Personally I think it's incredibly sad that there are so many contributors to this thread who happily walk or drive past there and, worse still, visit the shops. What a change this is since 97 when almost as a man we vowed to boycott the site and never set foot in the retail park. To me, it makes absolutely no difference that we have a fantastic new ground. We should never forget what happened. It disgusts me to this day, and will always do so.

I well understand that Kevo and never intend to shop there but, once we are at Falmer it will remove that black hole of an area of Hove that has been a place to activly avoid for all these years.

We mark houses where 'famous' people one lived and I feel the time is right to erect something to this place that played such an important part in the lives of so many.
