BTW if you want to plant something for your kids that is growing like hell at the moment...plant Rhubarb!!! we must have had about 60 stalks so far since March! ( and the local fecking cats like to crap near it so its getting manured!!!)

rhubard....bugger I would love to plant it but the kids dont eat it..........but for next year i will. All I have had so far this summer is one blooming strawberry! Tomatos are really struggling and so are the cucumbers. Runner beans are 50/50. Carrotts are doing ok, but need the sun quick!!
