Update ahead of tonight's game. We have moved up to 14th, thanks to Newcastle and Palace being frankly poo.

Need to win tonight to maintain that though.

Yeah, might have been a better idea to keep your powder dry until; after the game.

So back to one under after that. Still think we will be okay though. No Potter bashing from me.

So we're most likely to get around 30 points, bearing in mind those home predicted 3 pointers will definitely be draws. Hoping we outperform away for a few points.

So the question is, will that be enough to keep us up?

It's the three points against Everton, Leeds & West Ham that worry me, but feel safe in the knowledge that this is Brighton and we'll beat Spurs and L'Pool instead!

No way is 40 points actually needed this year. 35 probably keeps you up this year. For us that could be 4 wins, 5 draw, and 9 losses.

Reassuring again [emoji122][emoji122][emoji122]

How is it reassuring?

This is the 'staying up' tracker, not the 'enjoyable season and maybe finishing mid-table' tracker. In those stakes we're a good 10 points behind.

Oh the humanity! It’s the end of the world!

Because the tracker very nicely balances the inane hysteria from some here with cold heart facts. I’m sorry it doesn’t fit your narrative.

Jeez. If your narrative is about 'just scraping by' then God help us.
