The term used by a lot of other teams (especially the Croydon Paupers) looks rather pointless now.

i'd still take murray back. we havnt exactly got a target man yet... although bergkamp is 6 ft 3.... always good to be a threat from set pieces.

Every team needs a plan B. Murray WAS a target man last year even if we played along the floor most of the time. He was a handful and won us a lot of penalties.

There seem to be a lot of confused fans on Twitter suggesting it is a backward/sideways/what-have-you move.

I would suggest that we now have revenue streams that exceed the majority of clubs in the Championship.

No more potless pillock Dick Tight RUNNING or I should say RUINING the club anymore, JUST be GRATEFUL that Tony Bloom SACKED that TINPOT tosser otherwise we would be SIGNING Federico Turienzo MkII and not a player like CMS.

Never FORGET the damage that Tight and his LICKERS did to the club and NEVER forget the DEBT we owe Tony Bloom for GETTING rid of them.

8 of mackail smiths goals last time in the championship were headers. thats suggest that, although he may not be a target man in the traditional sense in terms of linking play and being a target when we need to be more direct, he is pretty handy in the air

Apart from saving the club when they were on the way out...What has Dick Knight done for us!

Yeah, you're right, Barcelona have that big lad up front, don't they?

For the first time in about THIRTY YEARS we are an ambitious, upwardly-mobile club, not just one just hanging on by our fingernails and having to fight battle after battle just to stay alive. The 8,000 crowds, the non-league players and the shitty athletics stadium are gone and frankly I'm still struggling to take it all in.

I have incredibly warm and almost inappropriately loving feelings towards Tony Bloom and Gus Poyet, and also, strangely, all of you lot: the Brighton fans and NSC-ers who've been through it all as well.

Enjoy today everybody. Just enjoy it.
