The dull part of the south coast
This sort of reminds me of my friend's summer holiday job many, many moons ago. The job entailed being a driver's mate delivering potatoes to fish and chip shops in and around Brighton. One day the driver stopped the lorry and boldly stated that he was off to see Wanker Lil and would be back in twenty minutes. " What are you doing there?" my naive friend asked. " It's all in the name." replied the driver, and away he went to unload something more than a sack of spuds.

Perhaps this Iraqi should take up delivering potatoes, and if he's lucky it won't be just potatoes when he empties his sack.

Look at it from the point of view of a homeless Iraqi asylum seeker who has been living on the streets with no money.

Nail on head, he'd probably be at it again outside wherever they have been keeping him within 5 mins

I'm not sure the folk in Baghdad would have been too appreciative of this either. At least he gets to keep his pecker. He can finish off in privacy now (or in the company of Big Bertha in wing H).
