Time to end Virgo up front

Adam Virgo has had a brilliant year. He's a very promising young player who will one day captain the Albion. I know that we haven't had many options up front and for a while he did very well there but I think it's now time he reverted back to defence. He just doesn't look like scoring and hasn't for a while. If we're going to have 3 up front, I'd rather see Jarrett or Hart play in one of the wide positions.

Would have to agree but what position would he play. He is not a left back, We ahve Reid who IMHO has played really well and El ABD at full back and you can not fault Hinsh recently as he has prbably been our best defender. You can not drop Butters as Kuipers can not command his area and we can not go back to 5 at the back as you are talking about 3 forwards.
5-2-3 would deffo be an interesting formation in a game though :lolol:

I thought last night as part of the three was a little exposed. Fair play though he has done a a brilliant job and is always an option in the future for games and last ten minutes.

Gillingham could be just the game for the return of OGH.
