I think £25 quid for League One football, is quite outrageous. is it about time we drop the ticket prices to £15 to £20 pounds. Give more tickets to the kids at school, maybe that will help more kids to persuade their parents to go to more games.

Didn't we drop them this year?

Whilst I agree with the sentiments and that we need to attract the new generation to Withdean, it would be daft to lower ticket prices by a large amount as we are running at a deficit as it is and we are looking to loan a large sum of money to build Falmer.

It is a shame that the ticket price includes travel. Everyone knows that a £19.99 product will sell better than a £20 product, but there is little we can do about that.

Edit: Only the season tickets, Douglas.

I will be a bit miffed if ticket prices are dropped as I paid full price for my season ticket (works out at about £21.70 / game in the North Stand).

Having said that getting such a low crowd today isn't good.

Be better off having more special offers, based on new customers and kids.

In order to not upset the STHs,why not sell Pairs of tickets at reduced rates.E.G one full paying adult has the opportunity to purchase a further adult ticket at half price or a child for a fiver on a limited basis of say,1000.I believe most people prefer to go to football with a friend, but 25 quid is a great excuse to swerve.

Can STH buy a reduced rate second ticket ?

Maybe that would the answer.

I have to say if tickets we suddenly £10 a game I would not be very happy. However if it happens and there is an offer to reduce next seasons Season tickets then I would accept.

as a season ticket holder I will be happy if the club drop ticket prices if they were to make an adjustement to my ticket price next season.

More chance of the pope sucking my helmet

I concur, the club would never give a refund but a voucher with a value against a season ticket for 2008 / 9 would suffice IMHO

As a season ticket holder, and someone who would like to see more people encouraged to watch the Albion, I would be happy if someone cut your f***ing fingers off , so you couldn,t put your stupid, arrogant statements on NSC after Albion games.
Secondly, as a STH, I would be happy if the club dropped the admission charge considerably, so more people would be interested in going to Withdean, and eventually to Falmer. Which would mean that "my" club has a better chance of survival with more than the 5000 diehards we currently have.

The tickets for the JPT game were £10 each. Only 2000 odd turned up so cheap tickets aren't the answer.

Hardly correct there would be some difference between a tin pot JPT game and say an important league game

Let's be totally honest. How many of them were Brighton fans and how many just went for the day out?
I know of two Reading fans who were there.

I was sat by a Reading fan at the Play Off Final...he even shouted "come on Reading" during an Albion attack...then opologised for his error!
