Where is the "never had faith" option?

I went with the essence of the question: do you want to get rid of him? If yes, vote that you have lost faith, if you think he should be given more time, vote no I still have faith.

These polls are getting closer. Suggests he is losing some support. I still have faith. Personally can see why we play like we do with the players we have .

3 defeats in a row its not surprising...3 wins it goes the other way

Yes people are fickle. Go back a month we had not lost in 5 and no one complained. We are 9th in a competative league and could be 7th if we win the game in hand. Leaves us 1 point behind Reading. Big IF but the man is doing a decent job with the squad we have which in my opinion is a weaker one than last year.

People are so fickle, if we'd won yesterday you'd have none of this witch hunt.

But we did lose, again. And it was done so in our oh so predictable style of sideways boring football. 39 goals in 38 games is poor, there is absolutely no entertainment in our games. By all means sit there and pretend all is happy and well, but don't get the hump when people highlight ovoid flaws and inadequacies in our side. I'm astonished that we're still anywhere near the play offs, I think it says a lot about the rest of the league that a team so devoid of ideas, intent, imagination and goals could still make the play off lottery. Other than a couple of teams the standard in this division really isn't as high as people like to make out.

i'd agree with this...and thats why everyone seems capable of beating each other...we've just not managed to get any sort of run together...the odd 3 or 4 games here and there but thats all

Still have faith in him.
There is not one other manager in this division I would rather have here, maybe Dyche if he wasn't ginger, but he is.

Oscar is the man for the job.

many years ago, a banner was displayed at Old Trafford, it read:

"Three years of excuses and it's still crap ... ta-ra Fergie."

They want Moyes out as well now, I hope they sack him because I hate Man Utd and he is a good manager who will bring them success eventually.

It is not the loss yesterday, most will take losing, it is how you lose. I would imagine that a lot, like me, have had enough of the constant negativity at The Amex. I have given OG the benefit of the doubt thus far but after yet another abject performance I have had enough. IMHO he is out of his depth and him and Jones are not taking us anywhere except backwards.

I'll not be drawn into judging the man until the end of the year. By which time he'll have had the summer to bring in some decent signings (having cleared out the chaff) and if we are not well established in the top 6 I will think again. I can see 6-8 players getting the heave-ho and hope that any replacements are Garcia's not just Burke offerings. The Championship is a ******* league where most clubs find consistency difficult. There is no divine right to success and I believe Garcia needs a little more time to get it right as do the club.

No, not yet, you only have to look at what Pearson and Dyche have done when given another season when Pearson especially was under real pressure last season.

Hard to know from just what we see, hopefully TB etc will know what's happening behind the a scenes to make an informed judgement.

For me, it's not the defeats, every team has a dip etc. Its the boring, dull football we get served up. Off the top of my head the last time I felt excited at a Brighton game was the last 15 against Wigan?? All the other home games this side of new year especially have just kind of blurred into one. I fully understand the change in atmosphere yesterday, the performances over the last 2 home games in particular have bored me to tears. That is what's making me lose a little faith!

I have faith Oscar.....However I have NO faith in the likes of David Burke........Augestien; chickson, loan Obika.Lita just a few signings the manager didnt want or need, even bigger waste oofmoney when Burke himself is taking a big wage. Falling out of love with the club ive followed all these years and not even an arse kissing "we love our fans" public relations e-mail from Barber can change that at the moment

Sorry but I don't buy into this "It's David Burke's fault", surely Oscar identifies players he would like to bring in and Burke's involvement is to do the deal.

Burke doesn't pick the team, make decisions on tactics and style of play, he doesn't work out training sessions (where clearly shooting practice is much needed).

Sorry but if their is blame it must lay on both Oscar Garcia and the players, yesterday and if we are honest the last few home games have been woeful.

i'm not so sure this is what happens...and despite the system being explained i don't think its clear where Oscars involvement is......would he really have known much about Andrews/Augustein/Stephens et al.....thats not to say he is blameless

He had seen Stephens play for Charlton and the other two have Premier experience so I think yes.

Ok look at the loan signings of Obika and Lita they must have been spotted and recommended and Oscar said to Burke "let's do a deal".

My concern is close season he will have a budget and with this track record how wisely will it be spent.
