We went early and had Beyond burgers for dinner last night.

However, I'm in Brighton for lunch in a few hours, so I might go again.

We had a 5 Guys for lunch yesterday - a bit messy.

Its a unique and quick way of cooking burgers using 20% fat cheapo supermarket mince. You can cook a burger in about 3 minutes and due to the smashing of it it creates the Maillard effect with the crust of the burger.

I'm a bbq geek and this is by far the tastiest way of making a burger at home and a winner in our house especially when coupled with Marks and sparks special burger sauce which is very close to the big mac sauce

ok. we made our own sauce a few times, found a recipe which is nigh on McD's, works well

I tend to use sparingly as I like a blue cheese burger.

such concoctions seem pointless. you cant eat it as a burger, why not just have it on a plate without the bun.

I like a burger, from time to time, but not a fan of buns per se, sometimes I'll sandwich contents between two slices of toast, trimmed accordingly just to enable 'handling'
