Explain the reasoning behind this, i'm interested.

Well, they're all work for the public service and do dangerous jobs. I don't have a problem with the army and think they should be helped out with care after troops come out injured. I just don't think giving troops free football tickets ahead of Albion fans is exactly fair on other public servicemen or Albion fans. If they want a ticket they should have to buy one like everyone else.

What pray tell is "dangerous" about being a lollipop lady/postman/teacher/doctor/nurse ?

Maybe not dangerous, but just as valuable to this country as the army.

I would argue that nurses are possibly more valuable, seeing as no one has declared war on us in many decades. Is there free tickets for nurses?
