I dunno I just felt like reporting him because I could, it was the fact that he had two listing one after the other selling £85 tickets for £200+ each that annoyed me

Like it or not, it's not illegal to resell gig tickets.

You should take some comfort from knowing that touts mess up sometimes - eg Rolling Stones this week, and Eminem at Milton Keynes (where tickets were offloaded for £1 each).
