Managed to get on the website at 10.00 precisely, ordered 4 tickets for the England v NI game, was even given seat numbers, gave my credit card details......then the system crashed at their end and I have lost them.

The phone number is not being answered as 'the other person has hung up' is the standard answer

Gutted That happened to me for the Wales game but luckily I got them over the phone.

Although for this morning I must admit tho that I managed to use the site to get tickets for both the qualifier games (albeit with several messages saying the server was too busy before the successfull transactions).

Managed to get four tickets later, as well as England v France, Italy and Scotland for the egg chasing game, albeit from another source.
