That was my second Albion game, as a young kid pushed up against the Chicken Run front wall. Under pylon lights (you could see them mile away), a crowd of 33,500 plus the many thousand Bamber didn’t through the books, swaying terraces. I remember everyone abusing their winger Peter Taylor when he took throw ins or was hacked down, a beautiful 2-0 win and their fans being in the South Stand (they had the terrace in front and the seats). They threw two smoke bombs onto the pitch to try to disrupt our win, photographed for the next nights Argus which I used to have.

Probably THE game that hooked me.

No ticket stub, but I once saw Supertramp at the Richmond, 'Crime of the century era'. There were more people on the stage than there were in the audience.
