[Albion] Ticket share issue help request

Hi. Mrs T has tried to transfer her ticket for tomorrow online to my son. She has done this before. As soon as she has identified my son from the dropdown, we cant proceed. I attach a screen shot below. The club shop is shut now of course. Not sure if it opens in the morning. Any suggestions?

Looks like your son isn’t eligible to receive the ticket. Is he a MyAlbion+ member?

Or she’s managed to add the ticket twice to the basket.

I’d advise clearing the basket and starting the process from scratch making sure she selects the right person to assign to.

Too many transfers in the season? Isn't there a limit on the number of times you can give up your ticket?

I went straight to outside ticket window on Sunday after I had trouble downloading my ticket into the wallet. Ended up paying £2.50 extra for a paper ticket. The ticket office inside the club shop wasn't open.

That is already set up. My son has come to numerus games with me by legitimate transfer. We are all Albion+ members, too. There is simply a glitch. It has happened before. My concern is they won't be manning the phones this morning.

She can't -

(But we are through to the ticket office and it transpires the boy's albion+ membership for this season was not renewed. Fixing that now. The only odd thing is the boy has been to several games with me this season, nay bother, via ticket transfer. We have asked how we were able to transfer him Mrs T's ticket repeatedly this season, and the woman in the ticket office doesn't know. My only gripe therefore is the club clearly don't send reminders about this. Barber OUT!).
