Ticket Sales Update!

Anyone know what the latest figure is for the number of tickets we have sold so far. I think figures of 22/25K were being banded around a couple of days ago!

I would hope the official site might give a clue to numbers left, but I can't find any sign of this info? Going down the ticket office tomorrow to pick up a couple of extra tickets if there are any left so I will ask for an update.

On the official site Dick Knight says 27,000 have been sold but yesterday lunchtime when I was in the club shop they said we only had 2,000 left.

Apparently we're not completely sold out yet.

Once we've sold the initial allocation of 30,000 we can choose to have another 5,000 tickets but the Albion will have to pay for these themselves, so it's a business decision whether we'll sell these extra tickets that the club have laid out for in advance.

If we don't take these extra 5,000 tickets then they'll be offered to Bristol, so as they've already taken their additional 5,000 seats they could end up taking 10,000 more than us.

Will we sell out of the 30,000? Will the club invest in 5,000 more tickets??

It's 2k out of 31,000 I think - and that was the figure yesterday evening anyway. People in the club shop are unlikely to be keeping a running count of how many we've got left. I'd wait until the end of the day to find the true figure...

That won't be happening. We're better off giving those seats to BC to sell and taking half the profits.
